Hadith of a man from Banu Harithah (may Allah be pleased with him)

حَدِيثُ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي حَارِثَةَ، ٢٣٦٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ بَنِي حَارِثَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا وَجَأَ نَاقَةً فِي لَبَّتِهَا بِوَتِدٍ وَخَشِيَ أَنْ تَفُوتَهُ، فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " فَأَمَرَهُ، أَوْ فَأَمَرَهُمْ، بِأَكْلِهَا " (١)، ،

It is narrated from a man of Banu Haritha that a man feared that his she-camel might die, so he took a nail and pierced it into her chest. Then he asked the ruling about this from the Noble Prophet (ﷺ), so the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) permitted him to eat it.
