Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، وَعَمَّارِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَيَخْرُجَنَّ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ رِجَالٌ رَغْبَةً عَنْهَا، وَالْمَدِينَةُ خَيْرٌ لَهُمْ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ "، (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Some people will leave Madinah with reluctance, although if they knew, Madinah would have been better for them.
