Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " إِذَا أَطَاعَ الْعَبْدُ رَبَّهُ، وَأَطَاعَ سَيِّدَهُ، فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When a slave obeys both Allah and his master, he receives double reward for every deed.
