Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " عَجِبَ اللهُ مِنْ أَقْوَامٍ يُجَاءُ بِهِمْ فِي السَّلَاسِلِ حَتَّى يَدْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Allah is amazed at that people who are dragged to Paradise in chains (their deeds are taking them towards Hell, but Allah’s mercy is taking them towards Paradise).
