حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The blood of one who is killed by an animal is wasted, the blood of one who dies by falling into a well is wasted, the blood of one who dies in a mine is also wasted, and in the case of buried treasure (found by someone), one-fifth (khums) is obligatory.
