حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " إِذَا اسْتَيْقَظَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ مَنَامِهِ، فَلَا يَغْمِسْ يَدَهُ فِي إِنَائِهِ حَتَّى يَغْسِلَهَا ثَلَاثًا، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَدْرِي أَيْنَ بَاتَتْ يَدُهُ مِنْهُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: When any one of you wakes up from his sleep, he should not put his hand into a vessel until he has washed it three times, for he does not know where his hand spent the night.
