حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ: " قَضَى فِيمَنْ زَنَى وَلَمْ يُحْصِنْ، أَنْ يُنْفَى عَامًا مَعَ الْحَدِّ عَلَيْهِ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) gave the ruling regarding an unmarried fornicator that along with carrying out the prescribed punishment (hadd), he should also be exiled for one year as a disciplinary measure.
