حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لِكُلِّ أَهْلِ عَمَلٍ، ، بَابٌ مِنْ أَبْوَابِ الْجَنَّةِ، يُدْعَوْنَ مِنْهُ بِذَلِكَ الْعَمَلِ، وَلِأَهْلِ الصِّيَامِ بَابٌ يُدْعَوْنَ مِنْهُ، يُقَالُ لَهُ: الرَّيَّانُ "، فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، هَلْ أَحَدٌ يُدْعَى مِنْ تِلْكَ الْأَبْوَابِ كُلِّهَا، قَالَ: " نَعَمْ، وَأَنَا أَرْجُو أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنْهُمْ يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: For every group of people who perform deeds, there is a specific door of Paradise from which they will be called. Thus, there will also be a door for those who fast, which is called Rayyan. Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) asked, "O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), will anyone be called from all the doors?" The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) replied, "Yes, and I hope that you will be among those people."
