حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ أَفْلَحَ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ الْأَغَرِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْمَدِينَةُ مَنْ صَبَرَ عَلَى شِدَّتِهَا وَلَأْوَائِهَا كُنْتُ لَهُ شَفِيعًا - أَوْ شَهِيدًا - يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever endures the hardships and difficulties of Madinah Munawwarah with patience, I will bear witness and intercede for him on the Day of Resurrection.
