حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - قَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ: لَا أُرَاهُ إِلَّا قَدْ رَفَعَهُ - قَالَ: " وَيْلٌ لِلْعَرَبِ مِنْ أَمْرٍ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ، أَفْلَحَ مَنْ كَفَّ يَدَهُ "، (٢)، ، وَوَقَفَهُ (١) أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated marfu'an from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the destruction of the Arabs has drawn near because of the evil that has come close. In this, successful will be the one who restrains his hand.
