Musnad Ahmad Hadith 9675

It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man presented himself in the court of the Prophet and said, "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), such-and-such woman is well-known for offering many prayers, fasting, and giving charity, but she harms her neighbors with her tongue." The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said, "She is of the people of Hell." Then he said, "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), such-and-such woman is known for having little in the way of prayers, fasting, and charity; she only gives a few pieces of cheese in charity, but she does not harm her neighbors with her tongue." He said, "She is of the people of Paradise."
