حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الْعَلَاءُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَا عَفَا رَجُلٌ إِلَّا زَادَهُ اللهُ بِهِ عِزًّا، وَلَا نَقَصَتْ صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ مَالٍ، وَلَا عَفَا رَجُلٌ قَطُّ، إِلَّا زَادَهُ اللهُ عِزًّا " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever overlooks an act of oppression, Allah increases him in honor, and wealth does not decrease because of charity, and whoever forgives, Allah increases him in honor.
