حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَعْنِي - " قَالَ اللهُ، ، عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: أَنَا خَيْرُ الشُّرَكَاءِ، مَنْ عَمِلَ لِي عَمَلًا أَشْرَكَ فِيهِ غَيْرِي فَأَنَا بَرِيءٌ مِنْهُ، وَهُوَ لِلَّذِي أَشْرَكَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) relates this saying from his Lord: "I am the best of all partners. Whoever performs a deed and associates someone else with Me in it, then I am free from him, and that deed will belong to the one whom he associated with Me."
