English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Permission should be sought from a virgin girl for marriage, and consultation should be made with a previously married woman. Someone asked, "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), a virgin girl feels shy (so how should her permission be obtained)?" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Her silence is a sign of her consent.
