حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَرَدَّهَا، رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ، لَا سَمْرَاءَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever buys a goat whose udder has been tied (as a deception), then he should either keep the animal with himself (and resolve the matter) or return the animal to its owner and along with it give one sa’ of dates.
