حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بن أبي كثير، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ، وَمَنْ قَامَ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
Hassan ibn Musa narrated to us, he said: Shaiban narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, he said: Abu Salama informed me, that Abu Huraira informed him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever stands (in prayer) during Ramadan out of faith and seeking reward, his past sins will be forgiven; and whoever stands (in prayer) during the Night of Decree out of faith and seeking reward, his past sins will be forgiven."
