Original Arabic
وَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " نَهَى عَنْ لُبْسَتَيْنِ: الصَّمَّاءِ، وَأَنْ يَحْتَبِيَ الرَّجُلُ بِثَوْبِهِ لَيْسَ عَلَى فَرْجِهِ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ، وَعَنِ الْمُلَامَسَةِ، وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ، وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
And the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) forbade two types of clothing: one is that a person sits wrapped in a single garment with nothing covering his private parts at all, and the second is that a person wraps himself in his lower garment while praying. And he forbade the transactions of mulamasah, munabadhah, muhaqalah, and muzabanah.
