حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ السَّهْمِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عُبَيْدُ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَنَتَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ بَعْدَ الرُّكُوعِ، فَقَالَ: " اللهُمَّ أَنْجِ الْوَلِيدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ، وَسَلَمَةَ بْنَ هِشَامٍ،، ، وَعَيَّاشَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ، وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ (١) ، وَالْمُسْلِمِينَ مِنْ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ "، قَالَ: فَوَافَقَهُ الْقَاسِمُ عَلَى أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَنَتَ بَعْدَ الرُّكُوعِ (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) would rise from the bowing (ruku) of the second rak'ah of the Fajr prayer, he would supplicate: O Allah! Grant deliverance to Walid bin Walid, Salamah bin Hisham, Ayyash bin Abi Rabi'ah, and the other weak ones of Makkah Mukarramah from the oppression and tyranny of the Quraysh. Qasim agreed with them in this matter that the Prophet recited this supplication after the Qunoot of Witr.
