Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يُلْدَغُ مُؤْمِنٌ مِنْ جُحْرٍ وَاحِدٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: A Muslim is not bitten twice from the same hole.
