حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عِيسَى الثَّقَفِيِّ، عَنْ مَوْلَى الْمُنْبَعِثِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " تَعَلَّمُوا مِنْ أَنْسَابِكُمْ مَا تَصِلُونَ بِهِ أَرْحَامَكُمْ، فَإِنَّ صِلَةَ الرَّحِمِ مَحَبَّةٌ فِي أهْلهِ، مَثْرَاةٌ فِي، ، مَالِه (١) ، مَنْسَأَةٌ فِي أَثَرِهِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Learn your lineage to the extent that you can maintain the ties of kinship, because maintaining the ties of kinship increases love among relatives, increases wealth, and wards off calamities.
