حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يُونُسَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " كُلُّ نَفْسٍ كُتِبَ عَلَيْهَا الصَّدَقَةُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ طَلَعَتْ فِيهِ الشَّمْسُ، فَمِنْ ذَلِكَ أَنْ يَعْدِلَ، ، بَيْنَ الِاثْنَيْنِ صَدَقَةٌ، وَأَنْ يُعِينَ الرَّجُلَ عَلَى دَابَّتِهِ فَيَحْمِلَهُ عَلَيْهَا (١) وَيَرْفَعَ مَتَاعَهُ عَلَيْهَا صَدَقَةٌ، وَيُمِيطُ الْأَذَى عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ صَدَقَةٌ، وَالْكَلِمَةُ الطَّيِّبَةُ صَدَقَةٌ، وَكُلُّ خُطْوَةٍ يَمْشِي إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ صَدَقَةٌ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
And the Prophet (ﷺ) said: It has been made obligatory upon every person to give charity every day in which the sun rises. Its form is that making justice between two people is charity, helping a man by mounting him on his ride or lifting his belongings onto it is charity, removing something harmful from the road is charity, speaking a good word is charity, and every step taken towards prayer is charity.
