Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " لَا تُسَافِرِ امْرَأَةٌ مَسِيرَةَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ، إِلَّا مَعَ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ (١) " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: No woman should undertake a journey of three days without a mahram from her family.
