حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، سُئِلَ أَيُصَلِّي الرَّجُلُ فِي، ، ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ؟ فَقَالَ: " أَوَكُلُّكُمْ يَجِدُ ثَوْبَيْنِ؟ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a person asked the Prophet (ﷺ), "Can a person pray in a single garment?" The Prophet (ﷺ) replied, "Does each one of you have two garments?"
