حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ , حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو , حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " خَمْسٌ مِنْ حَقِّ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ: رَدُّ التَّحِيَّةِ، وَإِجَابَةُ الدَّعْوَةِ، وَشُهُودُ الْجِنَازَةِ، وَعِيَادَةُ الْمَرِيضِ، وَتَشْمِيتُ الْعَاطِسِ إِذَا حَمِدَ اللهَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: A Muslim has five rights over another Muslim: to return the greeting of Salam, to accept an invitation, to participate in the funeral, to visit the sick, and to respond to a sneeze when the one who sneezes says "Alhamdulillah."
