Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ يَعْنِي الرَّازِيَّ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: " نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ أَحَدُنَا مُخْتَصِرًا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) forbade us from placing hands on the waist during prayer.
