حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، مِنْ كِتَابِهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، حَدَّثَنِي بَكْرُ بْنُ عَمْرِو الْمَعَافِرِيُّ (١) ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي نُعَيْمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيَّ مَا لَمْ أَقُلْ، فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ، وَمَنِ اسْتَشَارَهُ أَخُوهُ الْمُسْلِمُ، فَأَشَارَ عَلَيْهِ بِغَيْرِ رُشْدٍ، فَقَدْ خَانَهُ، وَمَنْ أَفْتَى بِفُتْيَا غَيْرِ ثَبْتٍ، فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى مَنْ أَفْتَاهُ " (٢)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever attributes something to me which I have not said, he should make his abode in Hell. Whoever is asked for advice by his Muslim brother and does not give him correct advice, then he has committed treachery. And whoever is given an unauthentic fatwa, its sin is upon the one who gave the fatwa.
