Original Arabic
وَقَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَوْلَا بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ، لَمْ يَخْنَزِ اللَّحْمُ، وَلَوْلَا حَوَّاءُ، لَمْ تَخُنْ أُنْثَى زَوْجَهَا الدَّهْرَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
And the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: If it were not for the Children of Israel, no person would store meat and food would not spoil, and if it were not for Lady Hawwa (Eve), no woman would betray her husband.
