Original Arabic
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَمَّا قَضَى اللهُ الْخَلْقَ، كَتَبَ كِتَابًا (٤) ، فَهُوَ عِنْدَهُ فَوْقَ الْعَرْشِ: إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي غَلَبَتْ غَضَبِي " (٥)، ،
Translation
English translation
And the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: When Allah decided to create the creation, He wrote in His Book which is with Him above the Throne: "My mercy prevails over My wrath."
