حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ أَبُو النَّضْرِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْفَرَجُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ فَضَالَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: دَعَوَاتٌ سَمِعْتُهَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا أَتْرُكُهَا مَا عِشْتُ حَيًّا، سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: " اللهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي أُعْظِمُ شُكْرَكَ، وَأُكْثِرُ ذِكْرَكَ، وَأَتْبَعُ نَصِيحَتَكَ، وَأَحْفَظُ وَصِيَّتَكَ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard some supplications from the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) which I will never abandon as long as I live. I heard the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) supplicating: O Allah, make me one who gives thanks to You, remembers You abundantly, follows Your advice, and safeguards Your command.
