حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ ثُمَامَةَ بْنَ أُثَالٍ أَوْ أُثَالَةَ أَسْلَمَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " اذْهَبُوا بِهِ إِلَى حَائِطِ بَنِي فُلَانٍ، فَمُرُوهُ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that when Thumamah bin Uthal accepted Islam, the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Take him to the garden of such-and-such person and instruct him to perform ghusl (ritual bath)."
