حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَلْحَلَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَا يُصِيبُ الْمُؤْمِنَ مِنْ وَصَبٍ وَلَا نَصَبٍ وَلَا هَمٍّ وَلَا حَزَنٍ وَلَا أَذًى وَلَا غَمٍّ، حَتَّى الشَّوْكَةُ يُشَاكُهَا، إِلَّا كَفَّرَ اللهُ مِنْ خَطَايَاهُ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) and Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whatever worry, hardship, sorrow, grief, difficulty, or harm befalls a Muslim—even if a thorn pricks him—Allah, in return, expiates some of his sins.
