حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ (٤) وَهُوَ الْأَزْرَقُ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَوْفٌ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَوْ، ، كَانَ الْعِلْمُ بِالثُّرَيَّا لَتَنَاوَلَهُ أُنَاسٌ مِنْ أَبْنَاءِ فَارِسَ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "If knowledge were to be found even at the Pleiades, some people from among the sons of Persia would surely acquire it from there."
