حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي قُرَّةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي حُرَّةَ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ حَكِيمِ بْنِ أَبِي حُرَّةَ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ الْأَغَرِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " إِنَّ (٣) لِلطَّاعِمِ الشَّاكِرِ مِثْلَ مَا لِلصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The reward of the one who eats and gives thanks is like that of the one who fasts and is patient.
