حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِرَجُلٍ مُضْطَجِعٍ عَلَى بَطْنِهِ، فَقَالَ: " إِنَّ هَذِهِ لَضِجْعَةٌ مَا يُحِبُّهَا اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) passed by a man who was lying on his stomach. The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "This way of lying is such that Allah does not like it."
