Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " نُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ،، ، وَأُعْطِيتُ جَوَامِعَ الْكَلِمِ (١) ، وَبَيْنَا أَنَا نَائِمٌ إِذْ جِيءَ بِمَفَاتِيحِ خَزَائِنِ الْأَرْضِ، فَوُضِعَتْ فِي يَدَيَّ " فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: " لَقَدْ ذَهَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنْتُمْ تَنْتَثِلُونَهَا " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "I have been helped through awe; I have been given concise and comprehensive speech; and once, while I was sleeping, the keys to all the treasures of the earth were brought to me and placed in my hand."
