قُرِئَ عَلَى سُفْيَانَ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَا سَالَمْنَاهُنَّ مُنْذُ حَارَبْنَاهُنَّ " يَعْنِي الْحَيَّاتِ (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said regarding snakes: Since we began fighting them, we have never made peace with them.
