حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ، عَنِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو، أَنَّ بُكَيْرًا، حَدَّثَهُ، عَنْ الْعَجْلَانِ، مَوْلَى فَاطِمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لِلْمَمْلُوكِ طَعَامُهُ وَكِسْوَتُهُ، وَلَا يُكَلَّفُ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ مَا لَا يُطِيقُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The right of the slave is that he should be provided with food and clothing, and do not burden them with any work beyond their capacity.
