Original Arabic
وَلَا تَصُومُ امْرَأَةٌ وَزَوْجُهَا شَاهِدٌ يَوْمًا غَيْرَ رَمَضَانَ، إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ " وَقُرِئَ عَلَيْهِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي، ، عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
And no woman should observe a voluntary fast, other than in the month of Ramadan, while her husband is present at home, except with his permission.
