حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ، وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا وَلَا دِرْهَمًا، مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي، فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) in a marfu' form that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: My heirs will not distribute dinars and dirhams. Whatever I leave, apart from the maintenance of my wives and the wages of my worker, is all charity.
