حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ " (١)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger (ﷺ) said: The wound caused by an animal is without liability, the blood of one who dies by falling into a well is without liability, the blood of one who dies in a mine is also without liability, and for the buried treasure that someone finds, one-fifth (khums) is obligatory.
