Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Rimthah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The giving hand is the upper one. Give to your parents, siblings, and close relatives." A man said, "O Messenger of Allah! These are the Banu Yarbu‘ who are the killers of such-and-such man?" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Remember! No soul commits a crime against another." In another narration, it is mentioned that I entered the mosque and the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) was delivering a sermon and saying that the giving hand is the upper one.
