Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I asked the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), "O Messenger of Allah! Do you feel the coming of revelation?" The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) replied: "Yes! I feel the sound of bells, and at that time I become silent, and every time revelation is sent down upon me, I feel as if my soul is about to depart."
