حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، وَحَبِيبٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَقَيْسٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، أَحْسِبُهُ عَنِ، ، النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَجُوزُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَمْرٌ فِي مَالِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated, most likely as a marfu’ hadith, from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a woman’s statement regarding her wealth will be effective when her husband has become the owner of her chastity.
