Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ مَظْلُومًا فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever is killed unjustly while protecting his wealth is a martyr."
