Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of the conquest of Makkah, the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) stood with his back against the Ka'bah and delivered a sermon, saying: "There is no voluntary prayer after the Fajr prayer until the sun rises, and there is no voluntary prayer after the Asr prayer until the sun sets. The blood of all Muslims is equal, and the responsibility of even the lowest among them will be fulfilled, and they are united as one hand against others. Beware! No Muslim should be killed in retaliation for a disbeliever, nor should any dhimmi be killed during his term of protection."
