Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " مَنْ أُرِيدَ مَالُهُ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ، فَقَاتَلَ فَقُتِلَ، فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " (٣)، ، وَأَحْسِبُ الْأَعْرَجَ، حَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ مِثْلَهُ (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever is killed while protecting his wealth is a martyr."
