حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَنِ الْمُهَاجِرُ؟ قَالَ: " مَنْ هَجَرَ مَا نَهَى الله عَنْهُ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that a man came to the court of the Prophet and said, "O Messenger of Allah! Who is the true emigrant?" The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The emigrant is the one who abandons what Allah has forbidden."
