حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي بَيْعَةٍ، وَعَنْ بَيْعٍ وَسَلَفٍ، وَعَنْ رِبْحِ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ (٢) ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ " (٣)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade two sales in one transaction, sale and credit, the sale of something that has not yet entered into guarantee, and the sale of something that is not in your possession.
