Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) mentioned the angels who test in the graves. Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O Messenger of Allah! Will our intellects be returned to us at that time?" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Yes, absolutely, just as they are today." Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Then there will be a stone in his mouth (so that he may test me)."
