حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا فَرَجُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،، ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّ اللهَ حَرَّمَ عَلَى أُمَّتِي الْخَمْرَ وَالْمَيْسِرَ وَالْمِزْرَ وَالْكُوبَةَ وَالْقِنِّينَ وَزَادَنِي صَلَاةَ الْوَتْرِ " (١) قَالَ يَزِيدُ: " الْقِنِّينُ: الْبَرَابِطُ "، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Allah has declared wine, gambling, barley wine, chess, and musical instruments forbidden for my Ummah, and He has added the Witr prayer for me."
